Radio Analog Micro Electronics srl, RAME in short, was established in September 2014 as High-Technology Content Innovative start-up company in the framework of Italian law 221/2012 based in Rome, Italy.
The current legal status is: limited liability non-profit research organization. RAME has applied for Italian Anagrafe Nazionale delle Ricerche (CAR code: 62214MIO) obtaining 100% rank from Ministero dell’Istruzione dell’Università e della Ricerca.
RAME has applied for french Tax Credit (CIR) Accreditation from the French Research Ministry.
RAME business model is devoted to promote and to assist research development for technology transfer in private Enterprises as well as in public Research Entities. RAME provide end-to-end IC design services to fabless design houses, electronics and semiconductor system companies, equipment manufacturers and service providers.
RAME candidates to be an actor in the application fields of Aerospace, Biomedical, Automotive and Consumer Electronics.

Our engagement model is flexible, allowing our customers to outsource either complete chip design to our team, or jointly work on specific areas of design. We provide to our customers both on-site and off-site support, comprehensive of security and confidentiality. We work with our customers from design planning stage, specifications development, architecture exploration and verification to system modeling and test bench development. Our team also specializes in front-end and back-end development (RTL to GDS II).
